
02 Aug Grilled Beef Noodle Salad bowl – bo la lot
Servings 4
- Meat:
-2 lbs of ground beef
-1/2 lbs of pork belly
- Marinade Sauce
-1/4 cup of minced lemon grass
-1/8 cup of minced shallot
-1/8 cup of minced fresh garlic
-1 tablespoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of red chili powder
-1 tablespoon of honey
-4 tablespoon of soy sauce
-2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Vegetables (any kinds to your liking)
-Spring mix
-Purple cabbage
-Slice carrot and daikon
-Wild Betel Leaf
- Noodles: : :Rice vermicelli noodles
- Dressing sauce: 3 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water. Stir all that together then add chopped garlic, shallot, and few slide of pickle carrot.
Instructions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together
- Use food processer grind all the meat together, or you can buy ground beef (choose the fatty kind)
- Mix all the meat and marinade sauce together leave for around 30 minutes
- If you can find the Wild betel leaf then roll the beef inside, put on the grill. Make sure brush some oil on 2 side of the leaf before roll the beef. If you can’t find the leaf at any Asian stores near you then just make the skewers like how I do on the pictures.
