Easy Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
2 servings:
Fish
-10 slides of tuna sashimi grade A
-Sauce ingredients:
-2 tablespoon of soy sauce
-1 tablespoon of sesame oil
-2 teaspoon of mirin
-1 teaspoon of roasted sesame (if you don’t have roasted one you can put in microwave and cook for 1 minute)
Other stuffs
-Seaweed salad (you can get this at Japanese market or Costco)
-Rice seasoning
-Roasted Seaweed
-Cucumber
Instructions
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Slide the tuna into cube shape

Marinaded the tuna into the sauce for 30 mins in the refrigerator

Prep the bowl: rice on the bottom, tuna on the top with some slide cucumber, seaweed salad and rest of the ingredients on the bowl. You can enjoy with some soy sauce and wasabi on aside.
