Grilled Spicy Shrimp Satay Recipe
So i came across on some Indonesian dishes on one of the cooking shows and it looks so good and easy to make. South East Asia dishes are all about the spice and flavor.
Satay, modern Indonesian and Malay spelling of sate, is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce.
I didn’t make peanut sauce to serve with the dish since I feel like the shrimp already have so much flavor itself already. Next time I’ll try to make this dish again and deep in curry sauce…!
- Shrimp, garlic, onions.
-1 teaspoon Curry powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, black pepper, 2 table spoon of soy sauce , 1 teaspoon of red pepper
-Sate’: hot pan with oil, cook some red pepper, sugar, fish sauce and garlic together. Turn off when they have golden brown color
-2 lbs of shrimp with all the spice together. Marinade for about 20 minutes.
Grill them until they turn golden brown. (around 5 mins). Apply oil and sate’ on the shrimp at the same time.
